Visokoupijajuća poliuretanska antimikrobna obloga sa srebrom i silikonskim kontaktnim slojem za fragilnu i osjetljivu kožu- sterilna.
Troslojna napredna tehnologija obloga ALLEVYN Ag Gentle Border pospješuje dinamično zbrinjavanje izlučine kako bi se oko rane stvorilo vlažno okruženje i smanjila opasnost od maceracije.
Indikacije
Plitke, granulirajuće rane; kronične i akutne eksudirajuće rane; djelomično duboke i duboke rane, kao što su:
- dekubitusi
- ulkusi na nogama i dijabetički ulkusi na stopalu
- inficirane rane
- maligne rane
- kirurške dehiscencirane rane
- opekline prvog i drugog stupnja
- donorska mjesta
- rane s gljivičnim nakupinama
ALLEVYN Ag Gentle Border troslojna je obloga napredne tehnologije u kojem se upijajuća hidrocelularna pjena sa srebrnim sulfadiazinom nalazi između probušenog samoljepljivog sloja sa silikonskim gelom koji je u doticaju s ranom i vodonepropusnog vanjskog sloja. Površina obloga ALLEVYN Ag Gentle Border prekrivena je prianjajućim slojem od silikona koji jamči bezbolno uklanjanje kod mijenjanja obloga, a koji ujedno omogućava da oblog sačuva prianjanjuća svojstva. Oblog prianja uz kožu bez potrebe za sekundarnim fiksiranjem i jednostavno ga je nanijeti i ukloniti.
Troslojna napredna tehnologija obloga ALLEVYN Ag Gentle Border pospješuje dinamično zbrinjavanje izlučine kako bi se oko rane stvorilo vlažno okruženje i smanjila opasnost od maceracije. Oblog također djeluje kao učinkovita barijera protiv zaraze mikrobima te štiti ranu od invazivnih patogenih tijela, a time pomaže bržem cijeljenju. Srebrni sulfadiazin djelotvorno štiti od mikroorganizama prisutnih u oblogu i rani.

Učestalost promjene obloga
Tijekom ranih faza zbrinjavanja rane, ALLEVYN Ag Gentle Border oblozi redovito se trebaju pregledavati. Kada se proizvod koristi na inficiranim ranama, infekcija se treba pregledati i liječiti u skladu s važećim lokalnim kliničkim protokolom. Oblozi se mogu ostaviti na rani do sedam dana, ovisno o stanju rane i okolne kože ili sve dok eksudat ne postane vidljiv te se pojavi na manje od 0,5 cm od ruba jastučića obloga. No, po potrebi mogu se mijenjati i ranije. Pritom valja uzeti u obzir važeće lokalne kliničke protokole.
