ALLEVYN◊ Ag Sacrum
Obloga za rane od poliuretanske pjene s dodatkom srebra, s rubom
Visokoupijajuća bloga s ljepljivim rubovima za rane od poliuretanske pjene sa integriranim česticama srebra za inficirane vlažne rane – sterilno.
ALLEVYN Ag Sacrum apsorbirajuća je antimikrobna obloga koja se sastoji od tri sloja: od hidrocelularne pjenaste jezgre koja sadrži sulfadiazin srebro (SSD) i koja se nalazi između ljepljivog perforiranog sloja koji je u kontaktu s ranom i nepropusne vanjske folije. Obloga je učinkovita barijera protiv kontaminacije mikrobima i štiti ranu od invazivnih patogenih mikroorganizama. To pruža potporu bržem zacjeljivanju. Sulfadiazin srebro učinkovito je protiv mikroorganizama koji se mogu pronaći u oblozi i rani. Kod eksudirajućih rana obloga pridonosi održavanju vlažne okoline rane.
INDIKACIJE:
ALLEVYN Ag Sacrum apsorbirajuća je antimikrobna obloga za tretiranje sekundarno liječenih, kroničnih i akutnih, granulirajućih i eksudirajućih rana (I., II. i III. stupnja i različitih dubina, od površinskih do dubokih), kao npr. dekubitalni ulkusi, venski ulkusi, dijabetički ulkusi, opekline, mjesta uzimanja kože djelomične debljine (donorska mjesta), bujajućih/malignih rana i kirurški otvorenih rana. ALLEVYN Ag Adhesive može se koristiti kod inficiranih rana. Koristi li se proizvod kod inficiranih rana, s ranom je potrebno postupati prema lokalnom kliničkom protokolu postupanja.

UČESTALOST IZMJENE OBLOGE:
U početnoj fazi zbrinjavanja rane ALLEVYN Ag Sacrum obloge za rane trebale bi se često kontrolirati. Kod primjene na inficiranim ranama infekcija bi se trebala kontrolirati i liječiti prema lokalnom protokolu postupanja. Obloge se mogu ostaviti na rani do 7 dana, odnosno u sakralnom području do 5 dana ili dok eksudat ne postane vidljiv te ne prodre do razmaka od 2 cm od ruba obloge. I ovdje je potrebno obratiti pažnju na lokalne kliničke protokole postupanja.
